The Alta District Historical Society’s Depot Museum located in Heritage Square houses many displays reflecting the life of the communities of Dinuba, Orosi, Cutler, Sultana, Monson, Yettem and the surrounding foothill area. Agriculture, business, government, religion, education and family life are all key to the early and continued growth of the area. The old Southern Pacific Depot was acquired in 1983 and turned into a museum displaying the important aspects of life in the Alta District. The White House now used as a cultural center was formerly the administration offices for the Dinuba School District.
