Biographical Info
The Arts Consortium is Tulare County’s designated arts council. We bring together artists, organizations, and art enthusiasts in order to advocate for and promote the arts. We also provide Tulare County residents and visitors with opportunities to take part in and celebrate the arts. We are committed to preserving our community’s cultural as well as creative diversity through leadership, innovation, and by striving to build a community where the arts are a vital part of everyday life.
Hours: Tues.-Fri. 10 AM – 3 PM or by appointment
Admission: Free, donations appreciated
