The Tulare County Museum is located on Mooney Grove Park in Visalia, California. The Tulare County Museum houses one of the largest Native American basket collections in California as well as artifacts of the pioneer era, agricultural equipment, restored buildings and many other treasures that tell the history of Tulare County. The History of Farm Labor & Agriculture Museum features 16 different cultural groups that have contributed to agriculture in Tulare County. The museum aims to educate visitors on the importance of Tulare County and its history with the hope of recognizing the unique roll it has played in California history.
Hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
