The Tulare County Office of Education Planetarium & Science Center has been serving Central Valley students for over 50 years. The Planetarium & Science Center features a 70 seat planetarium that offers programs developed by world-renowned science organizations. On select Friday evenings during the school year, the planetarium offers public shows.

The Phyllis Wall Natural History Museum at the SCICON school of outdoor education in Springville incorporates hands-on learning to teach students about the natural resources of our county. With three distinct areas, the museum features wildlife, geographical, and forest exhibits for students to explore. The museum is also home to one of the largest rock collections in California, including an on-site display of rocks that glow when exposed to black lights.
